Mahasemam in association with Meenakshi Mission Hospital & Research Centre(MMHRC), Madurai has launched a telemedicine project for its members . It is the first MFI in India to have successfully implemented the Scheme for the hitherto neglected sections of society living in the far flung villages. The project is supported by “Direct relief International” (DRI, USA) and Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO, India).
